The provisional timetable is as follows: 08:00 – Breakfast at the Pear Tree Café in Battersea Park close to where Wellington fought his famous duel Bus to Wellington Arch 10:00 - Wellington Arch where we commence our walk along Piccadilly and to include 5 Hertford Street, and his other haunts, such as The Duke's tailor and boot maker. 12:00 – We are very privileged to have access to the Major General's Office at Horse Guards, once occupied by The Duke of Wellington, and where the Duke's desk is still in use, 200 years later. We will also fit in a visit to the Household Cavalry Museum Bus to the Wellington Pub opposite Kings College for lunch 13:30 – Lunch at the Wellington 15:00 – Visit to the Special Collections at Kings College 16:30 – Crypt at St Pauls to view Wellington’s final resting place and to take tea Further details to follow in due course to include cost.
