Change to FLTV talk programme

NEXT FLTV TALK - Change of plans for our next event on 24 January 2023. John Peaty is unable to speak and Rui Moura has agreed to bring forward his talk on Thomas St Clair. St Clair was a British officer serving in the Portuguese Army during the Peninsular War and an accomplished artist. Rui will give an insight into St Clair's campigns and the art that followed his travels.  A revised programme will be issued in due course.
