I now have access to plans for each of the forts on the first and second Lines. I have started adding them to the relevant pages.

- There is a download file for Google Earth that shows the location of every fort. _ I have started adding info for individual forts. I am starting to add information and pictures on every fort to this website. If you have any photographs, especially of the forts that are not maintained by the municipalities, please can you share them with me and I will add them to the website. Use the 'Contact Us' page to let me know what you have.
Thanks Mark S Thompson The schedule for the Symposium organised by the Friends of the British Cemetery at Elvas is now available. There are a number of interesting military subjects over the three days.
